1. Orders & Payments
- The minimum to place an order is 3 cookies.
- All orders must be placed through our website.
- We accept secure online payments via the 3rd party providers offered by Shopify
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- If you place an order it does not mean that it is shipped immediately. Our Cookies are hand made and baked once a week, we open the Menu from FRIDAY to THURSDAY, and all orders will ship following MONDAY. (If it falls on a Holiday they will be shipped the next business day)
- We carefully package each order to ensure cookies arrive fresh and safe.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays.
- You will receive confirmation once your order is shipped.
- Local pickup may be available if you are close to the Kissimmee area.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Because our cookies are perishable, all sales are final.
- If your order arrives incorrect (from what you chose), please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
4. Allergy Disclaimer
- Some of our cookies contain nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.
- While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, all cookies are baked in the same kitchen. Customers with severe allergies should use caution.
5. Custom & Bulk Orders
- Bulk, event, or custom cookie orders may require 1–2 weeks’ notice.
- Please contact us for more information.
6. Intellectual Property
- All photos, logos, and content on our website are the property of CK Cookies. Please don’t use them without permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
