Mini Alfajores (Dulce de leche cookies)

These soft and delicate sandwich cookies are made with Maicena (cornstarch) and filled with rich and creamy dulce de leche, and dusted with a sweet layer of powdered sugar. Our Alfajores melt in your mouth with every bite.
